Vegetable Dum Biryani is a royal Hyderabadi Biryani recipe fit for queens and kings. Veg Dum Biryani is flavourful, aromatic and made with fluffed up rice along with vegetable and a lot of whole spices. Half cooked rice is layered in a pressure cooker with a spicy mix of vegetables cooked with whole spices, powdered spices, onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and curd. Fried onions are layered in between the rice and vegetables along with saffron-infused milk, ghee, mint & coriander leaves.  The biryani is cooked with the lid on for 25 minutes on low heat and served hot.
