Ramen is a popular Japanese noodle dish made with wheat noodles, vegetable broth, hard boiled eggs, carrots, green onions, mushrooms and coriander being some of the ingredients of this flavourful dish. The broth of the ramen gives most of the flavour to the dish which is usually seasoned with soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic and ginger. Ramen is put together in layers by adding boiled noodles to a bowl, pouring the broth over the noodles and topping it up with the egg and veggies.
