Paneer 65 is a dry South-Indian snack dish inspired by Chinese cooking. Paneer 65 is made by marinating paneer in ginger-garlic paste, salt, onion thokku and cornflour. Paneer is deep fried and kept aside. Fried paneer is then tossed in a spicy onion thokku sauce and cooked until dry. Paneer 65 is ready to serve hot with a garnish of curry leaves.
