A delicious Indian mains recipe. Kuttu ka cheela is made with buckwheat flour, singhara flour, rock salt, chili powder, bottle gourd, potato and water. It is a very healthy dish served during fasting and is best served with yoghurt.
A delicious Indian mains recipe. Kuttu ka cheela is made with buckwheat flour, singhara flour, rock salt, chili powder, bottle gourd, potato and water. It is a very healthy dish served during fasting and is best served with yoghurt.
In a bowl, combine kuttu, singhara, bottle gourd, potato, chili powder, salt and water. Mix well to form a thick batter and keep aside to rest for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, heat a little ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Ladle the batter in the pan and spread it out in a pancake like round shape. Cook the cheela for 1-2 minutes on each side and keep aside.
Repeat with remaining batter and ghee.
Once cooked, transfer to a serving plate and serve hot with yoghurt.
