Bharwan Shimla Mirch is an Indian main dish recipe which can be eaten as a snack as well. Bharwan Shimla Mirch is easy to prepare and requires only capsicum, boiled potatoes and spices. All you need to do is mix in the spices with the boiled potatoes, cut roundels of the capsicum, fill the capsicum with the potatoes and saute in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes until a crispy crust is formed. It is best served hot with a drizzle of lemon juice.
