Kofta bi tahini, a traditional Lebanese main dish recipe, is made of meatballs (flavoured with parsley, onion, ginger and cardamom) topped with a layer of fried potatoes and cooked in a tahini based gravy. It is served with Arabic bread and is a popular dish across the middle east.
